Coconut
Coconuts are usually harvested while still young, when they have a lot of coconut water, and little meat. As it matures, the meat surrounding the shell gets thicker, resulting in less water, but sweeter taste. Coconut water contains a lot of vitamins and nutrients, especially electrolytes, making it a popular healthy drink for athletes. The meat can also be consumed fresh, pressed into coconut milk, or made dry to be consumed as snacks or desserts in many Asian countries.
