
Rambutan
When ripe, rambutan is easily recognizable bright red fruit covered with soft, red hairs. It has white translucent flesh covering a small, inedible seed. When ripe, the flesh is very juice and sweet, with a Brix as high as 20. Rambutan is rich in vitamin C, minerals and carbohydrates, and is said to help beautify the skin
